You are a driven and experienced Foreman, confident leading major commercial projects and managing multiple trades on-site. You thrive in complex builds and enjoy being part of a collaborative, no-ego site team.
- 3+ years’ experience as a Foreman or Site Manager
- Experience delivering projects valued at $5M+
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
- Excellent communication and site coordination skills
- Proven ability to lead from the front and maintain quality + safety standards
- Strong client-facing skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Positive attitude – team player who contributes to a great culture
- Background in education, institutional or government builds is a big bonus
