THE ROLE - Manage end-to-end project delivery across commercial, retail, or industrial developments.
- Liaise with councils, consultants, and stakeholders to secure approvals and progress design.
- Coordinate design and construction documentation with architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Work closely with builders to optimise design, buildability, and cost outcomes.
- Oversee project programming, reporting, and team performance.
- Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with all planning, zoning, and building regulations.
- Prepare clear project reports and contribute to key stakeholder decisions.
YOU - Degree in Construction Management, Property, or related field.
- 10+ years in development or project management (commercial, industrial, or retail).
- Strong knowledge of construction, design, and approval processes.
- Excellent stakeholder and consultant management skills.
- Proven track record managing multiple projects from approvals to delivery.
- Financial and commercial acumen with strong reporting ability.
