3D Recruitment are seeking a Site Manager to join a hugely successful Multi Level Commercial builder, working on Hotels, BTR Projects, High Rise Apartments, Commercial Towers and Luxury Apartments with high end ameneties.

WHAT YOU GET
This role in particular will be heavily focused on managing the entire project team, from a site level. You will have multiple Foreman & Coordinators reporting in to you, whilst you manage the overall site operation and each of them manage their sectors. Ideally looking for an experienced Site Manager from the Tier 1 or Tier 2 space, with expereince building high rise towers. You must have passion for helping others in part of a team and passing on knowledge to the future builders of Melbourne.

- Coordinating trades
- Managing your foreman and coordinators
- The project/s will require you to assist in running the structure through to handover.
- Ensuring the timelines and quality of their deliverables are met.
- Working alongside the Project team to ensure timely delivery
- Running toolbox meetings, inductions and OH&S standards
- Experience in either a Site Manager or General/Finishes Foreman role in Melbourne and/or Australia.
- Previously delivered larger-scale buildings where you have completed at least 1 from start to finish.
- Trade qualification/degree related to construction
- Ambition to commit to the business long term
- Ideally experience in Procore, Hammertech, Aconnex and other defect management software
