The company is a high-standard, industrial-focused construction firm specializing in medium- to large-scale industrial projects. With a focus on collaborative problem-solving and a no-fuss approach, they deliver spaces that not only look great but function effectively to meet their clients’ needs.
WHAT YOU GET - Relatively flat structure allowing easy communication with key decision-makers
- Dynamic team with strong experience and solid client relationships
- Salary of $180,000 – $210,000 (total package)
- Most projects are negotiated — the business is not reliant on competitive hard tendering

PROJECTS - Primarily industrial, with some commercial work
- Distribution centres, large warehouses, business parks, large-format retail, schools, etc.
- Projects valued between $5M and $60M
THE ROLE - Manage the construction process from inception to completion
- Work collaboratively with delivery teams and the contract administration team
- Run the project programme, financial reporting, and budgeting throughout
- Lead safety meetings on site and coach team members on safe practices
- Have significant client involvement from ECI and tendering through to site walk-throughs
- Keep the construction roadmap on track by getting the best out of your teams
YOU - Tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction or a related discipline
- Conduct yourself and your sites with a strong focus on safety and accountability
- Proven experience in building & construction management of industrial and large commercial projects
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and influence team members and stakeholders for positive project delivery
- Experience working in high-pressure situations with a strong focus on teamwork
