3D Recruitment are partnering with a well-established commercial builder growing their Melbourne team. They are seeking an experienced Estimator (3–5 years) with a focus on new build estimating! To join their collaborative, progressive and high-performing environment. You will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a diverse project portfolio

PROJECTS

• Small and large Education projects
• Local government events centres and pavilion's
• Multi level residential
• retirement living 
• High end fit-out & Refurbishments

THE ROLE

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
• Measuring and pricing using Cubit
• Managing subcontractor pricing and negotiations
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and scope documentation
• Identifying cost risks and value engineering opportunities
• Assisting in post-tender clarifications and handovers

YOU

• 3–5 years’ experience in estimating within commercial construction
• Strongnew build projects experience 
• Retail project experience (highly regarded)
• Proficiency in Cubit, Blue beam and estimate one 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A team-oriented mindset and strong cultural alignment
