3D Recruitment are searching for Junior - Intermediate Estimators to join a hugely successful commercial fitout builder in Melbourne. 

COMPANY
Well-Established Victorian Builder - Our client specializes in refurbishment, construction, and fitouts, managing projects with budgets up to $20M. Their diverse portfolio includes office fit-outs, healthcare, education, commercial, and light industrial projects. They are currently seeking a Junior to Intermediate Estimator to join their experienced preconstruction team.

THE ROLE

• Preparing bill of quantities, gathering quotations and scope of works
• Detailed take-offs.
• Read and interpret Architectural & Engineering Drawings.
• Delegate and Manage other team members.
• Assist with tendering on multiple projects concurrently.
• Work within a team environment as well as operating autonomously.
• Gather and manage the tender documentation ready for submission.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of industry standards and prices.

YOU

• Have excellent communication skills, both written & verbal 
• Have impeccable time management practices 
• Ability to effectively negotiate
• Relevant tertiary qualification 
• Essential to have experience as an Estimator in the Melbourne Construction or Fitout/Refurb Industry
