- Live environment projects
- Projects ranging from $1M – $15M
THE ROLE
As Site Manager, you will take full ownership of projects from site establishment through to handover.
- Manage all day-to-day site operations
- Coordinate and oversee all trades and subcontractors
- Drive programme, quality, and safety outcomes
- Conduct site meetings, toolbox talks & reporting
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
YOU
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Site Manager or Foreman
- Proven experience delivering fitout projects $3 - $8m
- MUST have experience overseeing all trades on site
- Carpentry background highly regarded (not essential)
- Strong leadership and ability to manage & motivate teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
- Experience delivering projects for blue-chip clients
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
