THE ROLE
Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects from inception through to completion. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full construction lifecycle across multiple projects
- Leading site teams, delivery teams, and contract administrators
- Program management, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Driving safety performance and leading site safety meetings
- Ensuring compliance with quality, OHS&E, and company systems
- Using your building knowledge to improve construction methodology and mentor others
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Office fitouts & spec suites
- Lobby, lift & end-of-trip upgrades
- Existing asset upgrades
- Industrial refurbishments
- Retail & supermarket upgrades
- Shopping centre & mall upgrades
- Live environment projects
- Smaller new builds
- Tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction (or similar) preferred but not essential
- Proven experience delivering commercial fitout/refurbishment projects
- Strong background managing projects valued between $2m–$15
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence teams and stakeholders
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills
