3D Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager to join a hugely successful commercial builder with excellent financial security and a number of ECI projects - no items missed in the tender! This is for an Aged care project in the South Eastern Suburbs.

- Salary of $160,000 + Company Vehicle (Izuzu D-Max - they look mint in their colours) with fuel card & eTag
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Site Manager
- Experience running jobs upto $20m in value
- MUST have delivered projects as a Site Manager
- Carpentry background preferable (though not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering high-end fitouts/refurbishments, from start to finish.
- Previous experience delivering projects for blue chip end clients
- Foster & develop lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades & subcontractors
- Work with likeminded individuals who value good humor & easy-going work environments
