COMPANY

Our client is a well-established Melbourne-based developer builder with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality multi residential apartment projects . They pride themselves on repeat clientele, a collaborative and supportive senior leadership team, and a robust workload that provides genuine long-term stability.

WHAT YOU GET

• $120,000 – $150,000 + Super (negotiable based on experience)
• Clear progression pathway into Project Manager

PROJECTS

• Small, Medium & large multi level residential projects
• Typical project values range from $20m – $60m
• Medium end with bespoke finishes and services

THE ROLE

• Assist project manager with responsibility – help run the project from ground-breaking to handover
• Administer and manage head contracts and subcontract agreements throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive program and cost control
• Assist with cost reporting, budget tracking, forecasting and commercial tracking
• Client and consultant liaison where appropriate
• Support procurement activities, including tendering and negotiation of contract terms

YOU

• MUST HAVE Proven track record on multi level residential new-build projects (50 unit+ projects)
• Strong tenure with previous employers (Tier 3 apartment builders in Australia)
• Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building skills
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Extremely high attention to detail
• Proactive and driven self motivator who takes action before mistakes happen
