A well-established commercial builder with a strong presence in the Melbourne market, delivering high-quality fitout and design & construct (D&C) projects. The business has built a strong reputation through repeat clients and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach across design and delivery.

PROJECTS

You’ll be delivering a mix of commercial fitout and refurbishment projects including:

• Office fitouts (including blue chip clients)
• Lobby refurbishments
• End of trip facilities
• Workplace upgrades and repositioning projects

THE ROLE

• Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Coordinate design, estimating, and site teams
• Manage programme, budget, and subcontractors
• Review drawings and identify D&C risks early
• Lead client communication and project meetings
• Oversee site progress, safety, and quality

YOU

• Proven experience delivering fitout and D&C projects in Melbourne
• 5+ years construction experience with Project Management exposure
• Strong commercial fitout / refurbishment background
• Good understanding of design & construct delivery
• Confident managing stakeholders and fast-paced projects
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
