3D Recruitment are partnering with a well-established commercial builder growing their Melbourne team. With a strong pipeline across fitout, retail and new build projects, they’re seeking an experienced Estimator (3–5 years) to join their collaborative, high-performing environment.

THE ROLE
You will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a diverse project portfolio. You’ll work closely with Senior Estimators, project managers and site teams to ensure seamless handover from pre-construction through to delivery.
• Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
• Measuring and pricing using Cubit
• Managing subcontractor pricing and negotiations
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and scope documentation
• Identifying cost risks and value engineering opportunities
• Assisting in post-tender clarifications and handovers
YOU
• 3–5 years’ experience in estimating within commercial fitouts/construction
• Strong fitout experience
• Exposure to new build projects (highly regarded)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A team-oriented mindset and strong cultural alignment
