- Between $130,000 - $160,000 + Super (Experience Dependent)

- D&C new build construction within diverse sectors including Industrial, Early childhood, service stations and more
- Projects ranging from $5m - $30m
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Implement and enforce quality control, safety standards, and compliance with plans and specifications
- Read and interpret Architectural & Engineering Drawings
- Delegate tasks and manage team members effectively
- Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report on project status
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Skilled at building relationships and negotiating with subcontractors
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction or related field
- 3-5 years site MANAGEMENT experience in the Industrial / Commercial construction industry (Melbourne/Regional Victoria market)
