3D Recruitment have partnered with a Highly Regarded Builder, based in Melbourne. As they continue to grow, they are now seeking to bring on a Site Supervisor to join their team of 100+ employees working on up-and-coming Projects within & around Melbourne’s CBD (Schools, Hospitals, Community etc).

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- MUST have delivered projects valued at $20m and upwards as a Site Manager
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering relevant commercial and/or industrial projects across diverse sectors
- Previous experiece delivering projects for blue chip end clients
- Excellent computer literacy and ability to work across multiple platforms such as Hammertech & Procore
- Foster & develop lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades & subcontractors
- Work with likeminded individuals who value good humor & easy-going work environments
