RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the full tendering process from initial pricing through to submission
• Prepare detailed cost plans, BOQs, and take-offs
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Engage and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Identify value engineering opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
• Work closely with the pre-construction and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes

YOU

• Proven experience as an Estimator within commercial construction
• Strong exposure to complex, multi-sector complex projects
• Excellent understanding of local subcontractor market and pricing
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
