3D Recruitment are seeking an upper tier level Contract Administrator to join a hugely successful Commercial builder, working on Leisure Centres, Aged Care Developments, Hospitals, Schools and other community builds upto $60m.

- Communication with all stakeholders - Site team, Architects & Sub Contractors.
- Submitting RFIs, Progress Claims & Documentation.
- Attending Site Meetings and creating financial reports.
- Negotiating with trades.
- Vetting & letting sub contractor agreements.
- Mitigating risk for the head contractor, client and sub contractor in a fair manner.
- Commit time to value engineer and offer different construction methods to suit program, budget and overall project.
- Proven experience as a CA delivering relevant commercial projects between $15m - $60m across diverse sectors
- Excellent computer literacy and ability to work across multiple construction software platforms
- Foster & develop lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades & subcontractors right across Victoria
- Work with likeminded individuals who value good humor & easy-going work environments with a common goal of success
