WHAT YOU GET

As a Design Coordinator, your role will initially consist of time based in their Geelong office and on site. Reporting into your Design Manager & Project Manager, your key duties will be as follows:
- Ensure & review of program dates & milestones for design & construction are viable
- Prepare project reports & analysis of information through internal & external stakeholder
- Detailed analysis of any drawings, schedules or specifications to identify subcontractor packages scope of works
- Undertake Design & Client meetings throughout the preconstruction & construction stages
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents
- Tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction and/or related discipline.
- Experience in Building & Construction Management of multiple projects between $20m - $100m in value.
- Proven experience working on commercial construction projects in Melbourne and/or Australia
- Proven ability to communicate well and influence team members and stakeholders for a positive delivery.
- Experience working in high pressure situations within large teams.
