- Salary $180k – $230k inc super (depending on experience)

- Coordinating trades
- Supporting the Site Manager
- The project is in the ground and will require you to assist in running the structure through to handover.
- Ensuring the timelines and quality of their deliverables are met.
- Working alongside the Project team to ensure timely delivery
- Running toolbox meetings, inductions and OH&S standards
- Experience in either a Site Manager or Foreman role in Melbourne and/or Australia.
- Previously delivered Medium or High-rise projects where you have completed at least 2 from start to finish.
- Preferably have experience in running split structures packages
- Trade qualification/degree related to construction (ideal not essential)
- Ambition to commit to the business long term - Jobs are scattered across Melbourne
