With operations in every state and territory and a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support the successful delivery of complex projects across commercial, defence, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

PROJECTS - Government offices and developments
- Commercial fit-outs and refurbishments
- Infrastructure projects
THE ROLE - Administer contracts across multiple construction projects from commencement through to completion.
- Prepare and manage variations, progress claims, payment schedules, and project documentation.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure projects run efficiently.
- Assist in contract administration, reporting, and maintaining accurate project records.
- Ensure contractual, safety, quality, and compliance requirements are met across all stages of delivery.
YOU - Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction, remediation, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of contract administration, cost reporting, variations, and commercial management.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contractual documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
