THE ROLE

• Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers to maintain programme and productivity.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure all works comply with project specifications, quality standards and OH&S requirements.
• Assist with site planning, scheduling and daily coordination to keep the project on track.
• Work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and subcontractors to resolve site issues and maintain project momentum.
• Promote a positive safety culture while maintaining a clean, organised and compliant site close-out.

YOU

• Previous experience as a Site Foreman, Leading Hand or Supervisor within commercial construction, fit-out or refurbishment.
• Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage day-to-day site operations.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and sequencing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships on site.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and delivering projects to programme.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to lead trades and drive productivity.
• Trade qualification in Carpentry or a related construction trade highly regarded detail.
