3D Recruitment are partnering with a well-established commercial construction contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Melbourne, delivering projects within the commercial new build, refurbishment and fit-out sectors.

This is a unique opportunity for a construction professional looking to build a long-term career within procurement while remaining closely involved in the delivery of high-quality construction projects.

THE ROLE

• Writing and reviewing scopes of work
• Preparing and issuing subcontract tender packages
• Managing subcontract tender processes
• Assessing and comparing subcontractor submissions
• Assisting with subcontractor selection and negotiations
• Compiling subcontract agreements
• Liaising with project teams, suppliers and subcontractors
• Supporting the ongoing development of procurement systems and processes

PROJECTS

• Commercial Office Fit-Outs & Refurbishments
• Healthcare & Medical Facilities
• Education Projects
• Community & Government Infrastructure
• Sporting & Recreation Facilities
• Shopping Centre & Retail Asset Upgrades
• New Build Commercial Construction

YOU

• Experience within the commercial construction industry
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work within a collaborative team environment
• 3–7 years of experience as a CA
• Estimator looking to broaden their experience into  procurement and post-tender duties
