With a strong pipeline of work across commercial fitout, refurbishment and construction projects, they are seeking an experienced Estimator to join their high-performing Melbourne team. THE ROLE

You will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a diverse project portfolio. Working closely with senior management, project managers and delivery teams, you will help drive successful project outcomes from pre-construction through to handover.

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
• Measuring and pricing projects using Cubit
• Managing subcontractor pricing, procurement and negotiations
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and scope documentation
• Identifying cost risks and value engineering opportunities
• Assisting with post-tender clarifications and project handovers
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors

YOU

• 3–5 years' experience in estimating within commercial construction
• Strong experience delivering fitout projects
• Exposure to refurbishment and construction projects
• Proficiency with Cubit estimating software
• Ability to read and interpret construction documentation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Team-oriented attitude with a positive cultural fit
