3D are seeking a Project Coordinator for a highly successful and well-regarded fitout and refurbishment builder delivering a diverse range of high-quality projects across Melbourne. This role will provide exposure to some of Melbourne’s most impressive high-end hospitality, commercial fitout, and refurbishment projects, offering an excellent opportunity to develop under experienced project leaders.
THE ROLE
Reporting to senior Project Managers and leadership, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion. Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting Project Managers with the delivery of multiple fitout and refurbishment projects
• Assisting with project programming, procurement, cost tracking, and financial reporting
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal delivery teams
• Assisting with contract administration, RFIs, variations, and project documentation
• Monitoring project progress and helping ensure milestones are achieved
• Supporting site teams with quality, safety, and compliance requirements
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Contributing to project planning and identifying opportunities to improve project outcomes

• High-end hospitality fitouts, restaurants, bars, and premium venues
• Corporate office fitouts & spec suites
• Lobby, lift & end-of-trip upgrades
• Existing asset upgrades
• Retail and Food Retail Projects
• Shopping centre & mall upgrades
• Live environment projects
• Commercial refurbishment projects
YOU
• Tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction (or similar) preferred but not essential
• Experience working as a Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator, or Junior Project Manager within commercial construction
• Exposure to fitout, refurbishment, or hospitality projects valued from $500k–$10m+
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to develop a long-term career in project management
