THE ROLE
As a Site Foreman, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects by coordinating trades, managing day-to-day site operations, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship.
Working closely with the Site Manager and project delivery team, you will be responsible for keeping site activities running efficiently while ensuring program milestones and project outcomes are achieved.

This opportunity will see you working across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects including:
- Commercial Fit-Out & Refurbishment – High-quality office spaces, workplace upgrades, and complex live environment projects.
- Education – Schools, universities, and learning facility upgrades.
- Health & Aged Care – Medical facilities, healthcare refurbishments, and aged care developments.
- Retail & Hospitality – New builds, refurbishments, and premium customer-facing environments.
- Commercial New Build – Medium-scale developments requiring strong site coordination and quality delivery.
YOU
Motivated and hands-on construction professional with experience delivering commercial projects. You have strong leadership skills, take pride in the quality of your work, and thrive in a fast-paced site environment.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience within commercial construction, fit-out, or refurbishment projects.
- Previous experience as a Foreman, Leading Hand, or Senior Tradesperson looking to step up.
- Trade qualification (desirable).
- Current White Card.
- Additional tickets such as First Aid, Working at Heights, or EWP are advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience using construction management software such as Procore, HammerTech, or similar platforms is beneficial.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering quality projects.
