THE ROLE

• Overall responsibility for site delivery from commencement through to practical completion
• Manage site teams including Foremen, Leading Hands and subcontractors
• Drive programme, sequencing and construction methodology
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality and environmental requirements
• Coordinate subcontractors and maintain project productivity
• Conduct site meetings with consultants, clients and project stakeholders
• Work closely with the Project Manager to achieve programme and budget objectives
• Manage defects, commissioning and handover processes
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors

YOU

• Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial projects above $50m
• Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager or highly capable Site Manager ready to step up
• Strong background across education, health, commercial, government or institutional projects
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to drive programme and coordinate large site teams
• Strong understanding of safety, quality and construction compliance
• Stable employment history with reputable commercial builders
• Trade or tertiary qualifications highly regarded
