This is a hands-on site-based role delivering a new supermarket store valued at approximately $25m, forming part of a broader $60m-$80m retail redevelopment.
The role will suit someone who genuinely enjoys being on site, working closely with subcontractors, consultants and the delivery team to drive outcomes.

THE ROLE
- Overall responsibility for successful delivery of the project from commencement through to handover
- Management of programme, budget, consultants and subcontractors
- Drive construction methodology, sequencing and buildability outcomes
- Coordinate procurement and subcontractor engagement
- Manage project reporting, forecasting and stakeholder communication
- Work closely with the site team to maintain programme, quality and safety targets
- Oversee project compliance, sustainability requirements and services coordination
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial or retail construction projects
- Strong understanding of buildability and construction methodology
- Ability to read, review and interpret construction documentation
- Experience with structural steel, precast and reinforced concrete structures
- Strong services coordination knowledge
- Proficient with Procore, Jobpac and Bluebeam
- Able to prepare and manage programmes using MS Project
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Looking for a long-term opportunity and willing to commit to the project through completion
