Due to continued project growth, they are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their collaborative commercial team and contribute to the successful delivery of upcoming industrial projects.

THE ROLE
  • Oversee the contract administration functions across industrial construction projects from procurement through to project completion.
  • Prepare and administer subcontract packages, ensuring contracts are executed in accordance with project requirements.
  • Assess variations, process progress claims and payment schedules, and maintain accurate contractual documentation.
  • Monitor project costs, forecasts and budgets to support effective financial performance.
  • Liaise with Project Managers, Site Managers, consultants and subcontractors to coordinate project activities and resolve commercial matters.
  • Maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of projects through effective cost control, stakeholder coordination and proactive contract management. management.

YOU
  • Previous experience as a Contract Administrator delivering commercial, industrial and/or large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of subcontract management, procurement, cost control, progress claims and contract administration.
  • Ability to interpret construction documentation and manage project-related contractual requirements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients and subcontractors.
  • Highly organised with strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
