Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Contract Administrator to join their growing team. THE ROLE
  • Administer subcontractor and supplier packages from procurement through to final accounts
  • Prepare, negotiate and manage subcontract agreements and contract documentation
  • Assess progress claims, variations and payment schedules in line with project requirements
  • Monitor project costs, forecasts and budgets to support successful commercial outcomes
  • Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and wider delivery team to maintain programme and project objectives
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve commercial and contractual matters
  • Ensure accurate project records, cost reporting and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

YOU
  • Strong understanding of subcontract management, variations, progress claims and cost control
  • Confident interpreting contracts, drawings and project documentation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach
  • Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
  • Stable employment history with reputable builders or head contractors detail.
