PROJECTS - Multi-residential developments
- Premium Build-to-Rent (BTR) & mixed-use projects
- Luxury apartments
THE ROLE - Administer subcontractor and supplier packages from procurement through to final accounts
- Prepare, negotiate and manage subcontract agreements and contract documentation
- Assess progress claims, variations and payment schedules in line with project requirements
- Monitor project costs, forecasts and budgets to support successful commercial outcomes
- Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and wider delivery team to maintain programme and project objectives
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve commercial and contractual matters
- Ensure accurate project records, cost reporting and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
YOU - Strong understanding of subcontract management, variations, progress claims and cost control
- Confident interpreting contracts, drawings and project documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
- Stable employment history with reputable builders or head contractors detail.
