With a strong pipeline of work across the commercial, industrial and infrastructure sectors, they are seeking a Project Coordinator to join their growing team.

THE ROLE
  • Coordinate reinforcement detailing and scheduling projects, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and detailing teams, managing communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, workloads and deadlines using Monday.com, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling or capacity issues.
  • Liaise with clients to manage drawings, revisions, RFIs and project programmes, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed.
  • Review detailing and scheduling outputs to ensure they meet project specifications, quality standards and client requirements before issue.
  • Support the successful delivery of multiple commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects through effective coordination, organisation and problem-solving.

YOU
  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Contract Administrator, Reinforcement Detailer, or in a similar coordination role within the construction industry.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating with clients, engineers, detailers or construction teams, ensuring information is communicated accurately and efficiently.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to review drawings, revisions and project documentation for accuracy before issue.
  • Proficient in project management systems (experience with Monday.com is advantageous) and confident using Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering high-quality outcomes.
