Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver high-quality projects across Geelong while maintaining exceptional safety, quality, and programme outcomes.

THE ROLE

• Lead the day-to-day site operations from mobilisation through to successful project completion.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Manage programme, sequencing, and site logistics to maintain project milestones and minimise disruption within live environments.
• Uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards across all stages of construction.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, clients, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Oversee site inspections, defect management, commissioning, and final handover.
• Foster strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes..

YOU

• Previous experience delivering commercial construction projects, ideally across supermarkets, shopping centres, or retail environments. 
• Proven capability as a Site Manager with a strong track record of delivering quality projects on time and within budget.
• Confident leading subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades in fast-paced construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodology, site safety, and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and consultants.
• Stable employment history with reputable commercial builders or fitout contractors.
• Trade qualification or relevant construction-related qualifications will be highly regarded.
