THE ROLE
- Manage projects from pre-construction through to practical completion.
- Lead and coordinate Site Managers, Contract Administrators, Project Engineers and delivery teams.
- Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement and financial reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage project risks, commercial outcomes and contractual obligations.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the project team.
YOU
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering commercial construction projects valued at $20M - $30M+. Experience delivering projects across Health, Tertiary Education, Clean Rooms, Laboratories, Airports, Defence, Heavy Refurbishments, Commercial New Builds, and Complex Fit-Outs will be highly regarded.
You will possess strong commercial and contractual management skills, with the ability to confidently lead project teams and build lasting relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities are essential, along with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering commercial construction projects valued at $20M - $30M+.
