Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing team.
Working within an established pre-construction team, you'll play a key role in preparing competitive tenders, building strong subcontractor relationships and helping secure a diverse portfolio of commercial projects.

THE ROLE

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, tender submissions and pricing documentation.
• Review drawings, specifications and project documentation to determine project scope.
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and internal delivery teams throughout pre-construction.
• Support successful tender outcomes and seamless project handovers.

YOU

• Previous estimating experience within commercial fit-out or refurbishment construction.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and procurement.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and contract documentation.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting stakeholder relationships.
