This is a key leadership position within the business, acting as the link between the General Manager and the delivery teams. You'll play a pivotal role in leading Project Managers and Site Managers, driving consistency across project delivery, mentoring teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
The business has built an outstanding reputation over more than 20 years, delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects nationally, typically valued up to $8 million. Their portfolio includes hospitality, retail, food retail, office, entertainment, and commercial projects, with a strong focus on repeat business from blue-chip clients.

ROLE
- Leading and mentoring Project Managers and Site Managers across multiple projects nationally.
- Driving project performance across programme, quality, safety, cost, and client satisfaction.
- Supporting project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Improving operational processes and delivery standards.
- Managing project resourcing, risk, and overall business performance.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Working closely with senior leadership to support the continued growth of the business.
YOU
- Experience as a Construction Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Operations Manager within commercial construction.
- A strong background delivering commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, retail, hospitality, office, or similar projects.
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple delivery teams.
- Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people and delivering quality outcomes.
