PROJECTS - Premium hotel developments

THE ROLE - Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of high-quality commercial and accommodation projects from procurement through to final account.
- Coordinate subcontract packages, progress claims, variations, RFIs, and contract documentation to keep projects running efficiently.
- Partner with Project Managers, Site Managers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors to achieve programme, budget, and quality objectives.
- Track project costs, manage commercial risk, and identify opportunities to improve project performance and profitability.
- Assist with procurement, contract negotiations, and subcontractor management while fostering strong working relationships across the project team.
YOU - Previous experience as a Contract Administrator on commercial, hospitality, multi-residential, or apartment construction projects.
- Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement, cost control, and subcontractor management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Well-organised with excellent commercial awareness and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager to contribute to a collaborative team delivering high-quality building projects with a focus on excellence.
