As their project portfolio continues to grow, they are seeking a Project Coordinator to join the team and play a key role in delivering laboratory and research projects across Melbourne.

THE ROLE - Coordinate project documentation, RFIs, meeting minutes, procurement schedules, and project registers to support efficient project delivery.
- Assist with tendering, trade procurement, contract administration, purchase orders, and tracking project costs, variations, and progress claims.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of project issues.
- Maintain project programmes, monitor key milestones, and support the Project Manager in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Ensure project records, compliance documentation, permits, and WHSE requirements are accurately maintained in line with company systems and procedures.
- Support project delivery from pre-construction through handover by coordinating documentation, tracking action items, and assisting with defect management and project close-out.
YOU - Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator, or similar role within commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement, project documentation, cost tracking, and construction programmes.
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
- A proactive and detail-oriented team player who enjoys working on technically complex laboratory, research, pharmaceutical, and healthcare projects.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
