Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Site Manager to lead industrial construction projects, including warehouses, factories and commercial developments, while working alongside an experienced and collaborative delivery team.

THE ROLE

• Oversee the day-to-day management of industrial developments, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, site personnel and suppliers to maintain productivity, quality and project milestones.
• Manage site safety, compliance and quality assurance, ensuring all works are completed in accordance with company procedures and statutory requirements.
• Liaise closely with the Project Manager, consultants and clients to resolve site issues and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor construction programmes, site logistics, material deliveries and project documentation to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Drive project completion from site establishment through to practical completion and handover while maintaining exceptional workmanship and attention to detail.

YOU

• Previous experience as a Site Manager delivering industrial, commercial or warehouse construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, coordinate site activities and deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of site safety, quality control, construction sequencing and programme management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients.
• A proactive and hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering quality projects and maintaining high site standards.
