Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of commercial fitouts, refurbishments and new build developments while working alongside an experienced and collaborative project delivery team.

THE ROLE - Assist the Project Manager with the coordination and delivery of commercial fitout and construction projects from planning through to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and consultants to ensure project milestones, quality and programme requirements are achieved.
- Prepare and manage project documentation including RFIs, procurement schedules, variations and progress reporting.
- Monitor project costs, procurement activities and material deliveries to support efficient project delivery.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders to maintain clear communication throughout each project.
- Support site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard of quality close-out.
YOU - Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator or similar role within commercial construction.
- Exposure to commercial fitout, refurbishment or new build projects.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, subcontractors and consultants.
- A proactive team player who is eager to develop their career with a leading commercial contractor.
