3D Recruitment has partnered with a respected commercial builder with a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Contract Administrator to join their experienced project delivery team and contribute to a diverse portfolio of commercial developments.

THE ROLE
  • Support the successful delivery of construction projects by managing contracts, procurement and project administration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and administer subcontract packages, negotiate variations and assist with cost control to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor project budgets, progress claims, payment schedules and financial reporting while maintaining accurate project records.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure contractual obligations and project milestones are met.
  • Manage contracts, RFIs, variations and project documentation, ensuring timely communication and effective stakeholder coordination.
  • Contribute to projects from pre-construction through to completion while supporting quality outcomes, programme delivery and commercial performance.

YOU
  • Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement, cost management and project financials.
  • Experience administering subcontract packages, variations, progress claims and project documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across project teams.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering successful project outcomes.
  • Experience using construction management systems such as Jobpac, ProcurePro or Procore is highly regarded.
