Site Manager

3D Recruitment has partnered with a respected commercial builder with a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their project delivery team and oversee the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of commercial developments.

Backed by an experienced team, the business has established a strong reputation for delivering complex commercial projects while building long-term relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
A key strength of the company is its vertically integrated delivery model, with in-house manufacturing capabilities that provide greater control over quality, coordination and programme delivery. This integrated approach enables efficient project execution, consistent workmanship and dependable outcomes from pre-construction through to project completion.

THE ROLE

• Manage the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to maintain programme, quality and productivity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, resolve on-site issues and ensure compliance with safety, contractual and quality requirements.
• Work closely with Project Managers, consultants and clients to maintain strong communication and successful project outcomes.
• Drive programme delivery while maintaining a positive site culture and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

YOU

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades and stakeholders.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methodology, site safety and quality management.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
• Experience using construction management software such as Procore, HammerTech, Jobpac or similar is highly regarded.
