Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of commercial construction projects across Victoria.

THE ROLE

• Manage commercial construction projects from award through to successful completion.
• Take ownership of programme, budget, quality, safety, and client outcomes.
• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Work closely with Site Managers, providing hands-on leadership and regular site support throughout the construction phase.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and manage project risks, opportunities, and commercial outcomes.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Drive collaboration across project teams while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the business.

YOU

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial construction projects.
• Strong project delivery track record with demonstrated success across multiple projects.
• Stable employment history within commercial construction.
• Government project experience highly regarded highly regarded.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, programmes, and project risks.
• Hands-on leadership style, working closely with Site Managers and project teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Innovative mindset focused on improving project delivery and team performance.
