They are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their Melbourne team. PROJECTS - Commercial buildings

THE ROLE - Administer head contracts and subcontract agreements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare, assess and negotiate subcontract packages and supplier agreements.
- Manage procurement, cost tracking, progress claims and variations.
- Monitor project budgets and assist with forecasting and financial reporting.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify commercial risks and contribute to effective project outcomes.
- Ensure contract administration is completed accurately and in accordance with project requirements.
YOU - Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement and project financials.
- Experience delivering commercial, industrial or multi-residential projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment.
