With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality construction, refurbishment and fitout projects, they continue to secure repeat business across the education and public sector and are seeking a commercially minded Contract Administrator to join their team.

THE ROLE
  • Manage procurement and subcontractor engagement across commercial construction projects.
  • Obtain, assess and negotiate subcontractor quotations.
  • Prepare subcontract packages, scopes of work and commercial documentation.
  • Monitor project budgets, variations and cost reporting.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and site teams to achieve commercial outcomes.
  • Administer subcontract claims, progress payments and contract documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients.

YOU
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, subcontract management and project cost control.
  • Experience administering contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a high-performing project team.
