They specialise in government, commercial, education, health, community and institutional projects, delivering new builds, refurbishments, fit outs and technically complex construction works. THE ROLE

• Manage all day-to-day site operations from commencement through to project completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to achieve programme milestones.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality.
• Drive compliance with OH&S requirements, quality management systems and environmental standards.
• Conduct site inspections, coordinate trades and proactively resolve construction issues.
• Work closely with Project Managers, consultants and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, reporting and programme updates..

YOU

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects.
• Strong background managing government, institutional or complex commercial projects.
• Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Thorough understanding of construction methodology, safety and quality compliance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Organised, proactive and committed to delivering high-quality project outcomes..
