WHAT YOU GET

THE ROLE
- Prepare accurate first-principles estimates and competitive tenders.
Review drawings, specifications and contract documentation. - Obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier pricing.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and commercial risks.
- Prepare tender submissions and supporting documentation.
- Work closely with project delivery teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
YOU
- Previous experience as an Estimator within commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of estimating methodology, procurement and construction costs.
- Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical and commercial skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.
