THE ROLE
- Deliver commercial construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Manage programme, budget, procurement and financial performance.
- Lead Site Managers, Contract Administrators and project delivery teams.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Identify project risks and drive practical solutions throughout delivery.
YOU
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
- Demonstrated success delivering medium to large-scale construction projects.
- Strong commercial, financial and programme management capability.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality outcomes.
