THE ROLE
- Manage daily site operations from commencement through to project completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to ensure programme milestones are achieved.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and efficient project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and proactively resolve construction issues.
- Manage site documentation, reporting and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with Project Managers, consultants, clients and subcontractors to ensure successful outcomes.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative site culture.
YOU
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects.
- Strong background managing subcontractors, trades and site operations.
- Experience across commercial, industrial, retail or childcare projects is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety requirements and quality standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high project standard.
