With a strong reputation for craftsmanship, collaboration and delivering tailored construction solutions, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support project delivery and lead successful site outcomes.

Their team combines industry experience with a modern approach to construction, delivering projects that require precision, attention to detail and effective coordination from start to finish.

THE ROLE

• Take ownership of daily site activities, ensuring construction works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers to maintain productivity and achieve programme milestones.
• Monitor construction progress, workmanship and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify challenges on site and implement practical solutions in collaboration with the project team.
• Ensure site documentation, safety processes and compliance requirements are maintained.
• Work closely with Project Managers, consultants, clients and subcontractors to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Help maintain a professional, organised and collaborative site environment.

YOU

• Experienced Site Manager with a background delivering commercial fit-out, refurbishment or adaptive reuse projects.
• Strong experience managing subcontractors, trades and site operations within fast-paced construction environments.
• Exposure to workplace, hospitality, retail, office or similar commercial projects is highly regarded.
• Sound understanding of construction methodologies, safety procedures and quality expectations.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive and organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
