This is an opportunity for a capable project leader who can manage complex commercial developments, build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver projects successfully from planning through to completion.

THE ROLE

• Take responsibility for the successful delivery of major commercial construction projects.
• Lead project teams including Site Managers, Contract Administrators, consultants and subcontractors.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement and construction milestones.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project quality, safety, financial performance and overall delivery outcomes.
• Identify challenges early and implement effective solutions to maintain project progress.
• Provide leadership and direction throughout all phases of construction.

YOU

• Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager within the commercial construction industry.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects across sectors such as education, health, aged care, industrial or retail.
• Strong ability to manage project teams, subcontractors and client relationships.
• Excellent understanding of construction processes, budgets, programmes and risk management.
• Confident communicator with strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• A results-driven approach with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes safely and efficiently.
