3D Recruitment has partnered with an established construction company seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their Melbourne team. This opportunity is suited to a hands-on construction professional who enjoys being involved on site, managing subcontractors, maintaining safety standards and driving quality outcomes across commercial projects.

THE ROLE

• Manage daily site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and trades to maintain project progress.
• Monitor construction activities, quality standards and site compliance requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, reporting and project records.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Contract Administrators, consultants and subcontractors.
• Promote a positive site culture focused on safety, teamwork and successful delivery.

YOU

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects.
• Strong ability to manage subcontractors, trades and site operations.
• Experience across commercial sectors including education, health, industrial or retail is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety requirements and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage site priorities while maintaining project standards and timelines.
