THE ROLE
Working alongside the Project and Commercial teams you will be responsible for the commercial delivery of multiple projects from procurement through to completion.

Responsibilities include:
  • Reviewing and negotiating head contracts
  • Managing subcontract procurement and trade letting
  • Tender reviews and trade negotiations
  • Contract administration throughout project delivery
  • Preparing and managing NODs and EOTs
  • Cost management and contract compliance
  • Progress claims and payment reviews
  • Liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors
  • Mentoring junior team members where required
YOU
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contract Administrator
  • Strong commercial construction experience
  • Proven Design & Construct project experience
  • Excellent understanding of head contracts
  • Experience managing NODs and EOTs
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
